  1. First of all take a mixing bowl and add sooji and flour to it. Now add curd and mix it thoroughly well.now add water if required and keep it aside for 15 minutes and cover with lid.
  2. Now add salt and ginger chilli garlic paste and mix well now it's time for temper. Take 2 tsp oil and heat it,after that add mustard seed,sesame seed, asafoetida and curry leaves.Now pour this on batter.Mix batter well.
  3. Now mix well and to the first part add grated carrot and mix well in second part add crushed corn only,now in third party add all green veggies given above well.
  4. Now, take a pan add 1 spoon oil and pour green batter and cover the lid. Cook it for 10-15 minutes,after Cooking remove lid and cool down it.Now pour white batter and cook it for same.Now apply 2 spoons burger Mayo and spread.
  5. After spreading it put white layer on it. After that pour carrot batter in pan and cook it,after cook cool and put on the white layer.Now three layered cake is ready.lets decorate it.apppy white Mayo on top of the cake then serve with ketch up.
