- 4-6 tbsp Yoghurt
- 2 Glass Water
- Basmati Rice 1 kg (1000 gram)
- Fry Onion
- 5-6 tbsp Mint leave
- 4 Glasses Water

- Take a pot add oil,Onion cook until light brown then take out in other plate.
- Then add Garam Masala Whole, Shahi zeerah(jeera), bay leaf make fry.
- Then add Ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder,potato, matar, tomatoes, red chilli powder, garam masala powder,cardamom powder,
- Salt, green chilli, yoghurt, water 2 glass and then cover it to cook until the oil come up
- And add matar, potato get soft then add rice, fry onion, mint leave and water 4 glass. And cover it to cook.
