  8. (1/2 tsp) Red chilli powder
  9. As per taste Salt

Instructions to make to make Crispy Rings

  1. First of All, Take a bowl & add curd & water in it. whisk them well.Make sure No lumps Form.
  2. Now add,chopped chillies, Red chilli powder,curry leaves, Fresh coriander,Jeera in it & Mix well.
  3. Now put the mixture into Flame (Low). Keep stirring & when one boil comes add Rice Flour.Keep stirring.
  4. In 5-7 mins it's start getting Thick consistency,add salt.(Salt to be added in last in order to stop curd curdles). we have to make a Dough consistency when it comes switch off the flame.
  5. Now let it cools down a bit but not Properly.
  6. Grease your hands with oil.Take small round of dough (Make sure it's hot) & make cylindrical shape so that our rings to be made.
  7. When Rings get ready, Just Deep fry them in medium heated oil till golden color comes or can make in Airfryer by preheating it for 10 mins at 200°c.
  8. After putting in airfryer,brush oil & airfried it for 10mins.it's Ready
