Heat the heavy bottom pan add oil and ghee add cinnamon,cloves cardamom seeds and bay leaf fry for 2 minutes then add slice 1 onion and stir then add ginger garlic paste fry till raw smell evaporate add salt then add tomato stir for 1 minute now add masala that is chilli powder,daniya powder turmeric and garam masala and sugar stir on a low flame now add curd mix then add paneer cubes stir well for 2 minutes before adding rice adjust salt according to ur taste
