  14. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  15. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  16. 1 tsp chilli powder
  17. 1 tsp Biryani Masala
  18. to taste Salt
  19. 2 tbsp Chopped mint leaves
  20. Pinch saffron
  21. 2-3 tbsp milk

Instructions to make to make Paneer Pulao

  1. In a bowl mix hung Curd,turmeric powder,chilli powder Biryani Masala,ginger garlic paste and little salt.
  2. Add Paneer pieces in the Curd mixture and keep aside for 1/2 hour.
  3. Heat Cooker and add oil in it.Saute Onions,Capsicum till golden brown. Remove when golden fried.
  4. In the same cooker Add bayleaf,staranise,pepper, cloves and Cardamom.
  5. Add the marinated Paneer, Soaked Rice.
  6. Create gap and add water enough to cook the rice.
  7. Sprinkle Saffron milk,Biryani Masala,Mint leaves and Salt.
  8. Close the Cooker lid till 3 whistles.Off the gas.
  9. Serve Piping hot Pulav.Sprinkle chopped Coriander leaves.Serve with Raita or Salad
