- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp grated coconut
- 1 Tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- to taste Salt

- Mix both type of flours, curd, chilli- ginger paste, sugar, hing, sesame seeds, salt and soda together with little water to make a smooth paste.
- Wash and pat dry the Colocassia strips.
- Apply the flour paste evenly on the back of the Patra strips.
- Mix all the ingredients for the filling with the mashed potatoes.
- Divide the filling mixture into 12 equal portions and make 2" long cylinder.
- Put one cylinder into each prepared Patra strip and roll it up. Apply oil onto the outside of the rolls.
- Arrange them in a circle on a dish. Cover with a butter paper.
- Cook in a microwave oven on high for 2 minutes. Serve hot with chutney, as a tea party snack or a cocktail snack.
