- 2 dates, chopped
- 10-15 black raisins
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1 tsp coffee powder

- 1-2 tsp chia seeds

- Cover with lid and shake the jar well, so that everything combines together very well. keep it in the refrigerator for overnight or 4-6 hours.
